Work Policy

The Work Policy of Moncrief Web Design is to be responsive to the needs of each client thereby creating a Web Site that is Search Engine 'friendly' and projects the image desired. Each Web Site is individually written to target each client's specific business key words - we do not use 'template' type HTML programs. Each Web Site is tailored to fit our client's budgetary needs and business requirements. On uploading of the completed Web Site, and payment for services in full, Moncrief Web Design will make certain that all necessary information allowing you access to your Web Site is made available. This means that should you want to make changes yourself or have someone else make the changes, you will have all the necessary passwords and information to make that happen. We never hold your information hostage for future fees With over 10 years experience, our dedicated staff is comprised of Internet specialists including HTML Editors, Search Engine Optimizer Specialist, Flash Animation Artist and PERL Programming Consultant - all working together to make sure your page is exactly what you want at a price you can afford. It is our goal to provide our undivided and dedicated attention to each and every client, therefore, we reserve the right to refuse or schedule clients so that we can provide the best services to whomever we are currently contracted.

This quote will be based on the information submitted in our on-ine Information Request Form. We will respond as quickly as possible. While this will give you a 'ball park' idea of the cost for your services inquiry, the actual, final cost will be determined on meeting with you and your staff to discuss your requirements in detail. 	Our client's privacy is of the upmost importance to us and Moncrief Web Design will never sell, give or divulge any information associated with our client's accounts to anyone. . . ever.

Pricing Policy

Payment shall be in two installments. First payment shall be one-half of total agreed cost for all services to be provided by Moncrief Web Design, including any optional services. This payment is required prior to any work being commenced. Remaining balance will be paid in full on completing and uploading of subject Web Site or providing other services or reports. Payments made to Moncrief Web Design can be in the form of a Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check or PayPal. Texas residents will be charged a 8.25% Sales Tax.
